Miss Saigon is a 3 level establishment located near the corner of Pham Ngoc Thach and Vo Thi Sau streets in District 3. Each of the levels has a different feel and layout with the ground floor being the cafe, second floor more like a restaurant and bar and the third floor being the nightclub with the usual thumping music and array of disco lights. This venue is frequented mainly by the locals and overseas Vietnamese (Viet Kieu) crowd.
